If you cannot sign in

Email deskrunbook@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my RMA account”. If you no longer control that address, explain that and we will arrange an appropriate ownership check. Do not send your password or identity documents.

What the request covers

Request deletion of the account, profile, saved photos and creations, messages and comments you authored, friend/group memberships, Awards entries and interactions, notification subscriptions, and associated app activity. Other people’s independent content is not deleted. Public or externally downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Submitting a request does not immediately delete or disable your account. The RMA team reviews ownership and arranges removal, including the sign-in account. We will confirm completion or explain any limited information that must be retained for legal, security or dispute-handling reasons and its retention period. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete anything.
