About Rate My Awesomeness

Rate My Awesomeness (RMA) is a photo-commentary app operated by Runbook. It pairs a picture with your own words, then turns that combination into a playful AI verdict. The point is to celebrate an attempt, or find the joke in it—not to judge a person’s worth.

Your picture sets the scene

A wonky latte, a handmade project or a dinner that took an unexpected turn can all supply the setup. Your caption adds the context the photo cannot: what you tried, what you hoped for, or what went wrong. Controls let you choose a warmer or sharper tone, a speaking style, language and comment length.

The sample latte uses prewritten text so you can explore the controls. Your own photo uses live AI when that service is available. Read the creation and Awards guide for the difference between previewing, saving and sharing.

You choose the audience

Saved creations are private unless you choose to share them with friends or groups, publish them to RMA Awards, or share a downloaded copy elsewhere. Awards are public: visitors can see the submitted photo, caption, verdict and display name. Always check permissions and review the words before sharing.

An early-access service, not an expert opinion

AI can misunderstand an image or produce an unsuitable joke. Its verdicts are entertainment, not factual assessments or professional advice. Safety checks and reports help address problems, but do not catch everything.

RMA remains in early access. Revenue ads and paid subscriptions are not enabled. Independent age assurance and the wider-release safety requirements are not yet complete; this page is not a launch or compliance certification. The app is intended for people aged 16 and over, as explained in the terms.
