Community & child safety
Rate My Awesomeness is for consensual, light-hearted creativity. These standards apply to photos, captions, AI verdicts, profiles, friend and group conversations, Awards, comments and reactions.
Protect children
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking and links or instructions that facilitate abuse. This applies to real, altered and computer-generated material. Do not request, upload, save or share it through RMA.
RMA is intended for ages 16 and over. People aged 16 or 17 remain minors. Do not sexualise or exploit them, pressure them to share private information, or arrange unsafe contact.
Keep the joke consensual
- No bullying, repeated unwanted contact, threats, hate or attacks on protected characteristics.
- No intimate images without consent, pornography, sexual solicitation, high-impact violence or encouragement of self-harm.
- No private information without permission, impersonation, scams, spam or manipulated ratings.
- Use photos you have permission to use. A roast setting never overrides these rules.
Report and block
Use the Report action beside an AI verdict or supported chat content, the report action in Awards, or Settings → Comments & feedback. Include the entry or message reference and a short description. You can block a friend from their chat. Blocking limits contact within RMA; public posts can still be seen outside a signed-in account.
For child safety, suspected underage accounts, content you cannot report in the app, or a moderation appeal, contact deskrunbook@gmail.com. Include a link or reference, not a copy of suspected illegal imagery. This inbox is not an emergency service.
How reports are handled
Reports are saved for authorised review. Safety checks may stop content before publication, and authorised moderators can remove reported content. No automated check catches every problem. Reports must be assessed, with priority given to child safety, threats and other serious harm. When RMA becomes aware of CSAM, it must remove or disable access and make any report required by applicable law to the appropriate authority. Do not redistribute the material during investigation.
Runbook handles safety enquiries at the address above. A named, capable child-safety contact and the operational reporting procedure must be verified before the wider release; publishing these standards alone does not complete those obligations.
