Something is not working

Tell us which screen you were using, what you expected, what happened instead, and your browser or device type. Include the approximate time and any error text. A screenshot can help, but remove private messages, account details and other people’s photos first. Do not send your password, sign-in code or payment details.

For everyday steps, start with the creation and Awards guide. If a live verdict is unavailable, do not keep submitting the same photo while an earlier request may still be running.

Safety reports and moderation questions

Use the in-app Report action beside supported content, or email a safety report. Give a link or content reference and a short explanation. For suspected illegal imagery, send the reference—not a copy of the image. You can also ask the RMA team to review a moderation decision.

Privacy and account deletion

For access, correction or privacy concerns, email the same address. To request account deletion, use the deletion-request page, which also explains what to do if you cannot sign in. Submitting a request does not immediately delete or disable an account; ownership must be checked and removal arranged.

Do not email identity documents or age-check selfies. A dedicated age-assurance service is not currently connected. Share only the information needed to explain your request.
